To Our Friends and Valued Customers,
As we come to the end of another year, it seems only appropriate to look back at the successes and challenges that defined 2024.
The commercial construction industry has continued to see growth, with a renewed optimism in the North American economy. As commercial development continues
to rise, so does the increasing demand for high density residential construction.
One year ago, AVAware proudly released the AVAproject Multifamily Module - a powerful companion package
that brought a suite of new estimating and detailing tools to large scale residential projects. This year, we are proud to report that the response to the product has exceeded all our expectations. A
massive and growing number of AVAproject users have benefitted from the time saving features with their multifamily and multi-unit commercial projects.
AVAware has begun a number of new development projects, focused on bringing even more functionality to our most popular products and to our
users. 2025 will see release of several powerful enhancements to AVAproject and AVAcad, as well as additional features to the AVAproject
Multifamily Module.
I could not be more proud of the entire AVAware team. Everyone, from the software developers and the support staff, to the entire catalog
development group, have continued to impress with their unwavering commitment to producing the best possible products and experience for those who rely on us on a daily basis.
